Seems to be the M.O. of a lot of companies who want to reject you in the nicest way possible. When they say they'll keep your application and consider you for future positions, they honestly won't remember you specifically because they have at least a hundred or so others (maybe thousands), so if you notice a position open there you should definitely give them a call and bring yourself to their attention, possibly ask for an interview.Merk wrote:This is the second instance of a "we like you but the position you wanted mysteriously disappeared" rejection I've gotten. some fans from youtube came by two days ago to meet me.
it was awkward as fuck. they knew everything about me, were quoting me, and were like... awwed at me haha
