Guys it doesn't matter she's fat and it's fun to make fun of fat people.

Yes I realize I am fat but I don't try to bargain with my fat ass with goofy diets I actually bootstrap and do shit that actually works.

Wow.

First of all, the event you're talking about happened last February. I'm not sure why feel the need to post about something that happened so long ago.

Second, as you can see from the copied text I never said people can't bring stuff with wheat in it. I brought stuff for myself to eat. Brian was kind enough to let me cook a frozen gluten free pizza in his oven.

I'm not on a gluten free diet for the heck of it. You're right, I don't have celiac disease but I am sensitive to gluten. It came up on a sensitivity test (blood test) that my doctor performed. Even before the test my doctor advised me to get off of gluten.

I have Hashimoto's Diease. It is an autoimmune disease where antibodies attack the thyroid. It is a type of hypothryoidism, I have to take thyroid hormone everyday. There has been a link found between the gluten molecule and the thyroid gland which can cause an increase in attacks of the thyroid when consuming gluten. That's just another reason to avoid it.

I do things that work. I've lost 25lbs so far.

Please try to restrain yourself next time before you talk out of your ass.

I tried to picture this and all I got was a really awkward image of Merk trying to not pinch off a fart in a really quiet library or something.

I giggled.

The worst part about being on a higher-than-usual protein diet is that my farts are so incredibly god awful and frequent. Thank God I sit in a little corner here at work because otherwise I'd have to hold my shit in and that would be unbearably painful.

I am literally a stinky little wind tunnel.

Go take a shit. If your intestines are that mad then modify your diet. Are you using a protein powder?

Only time i get overly gassy is typically solved by reducing casein intake or taking a massive shit.

drink water.

No, although I have some powder, I am not using it. I've plateaued on the fat loss but that's my fault for not hitting the DDR machine and being as careful about my food as I usually am, I will get back on track, I still want to get under 200 before 2012.

I am less gassy today and I took a spicy dump at work about 90 minutes ago. It was pretty good! I took a little dump last night too during halftime (awful football game, by the way) while reading Anthony Bourdain's "Kitchen Confidential."

Gym farts are the worst; even worse than work farts.

A guy dropped a really bad one (left the room so I assume it was worse than just gas) the other day at the squat racks that permeated like a 30ft. radius around it. I needed to finish my squat sets but I didn't want to get accused of said flatulence simply by being the only person there were someone to walk in and smell the stench. It was truly a dilemma.

Step 1: stop caring what other people think
Step 2: squat like a champ
and you win
