This thread will go like this:

Example:
This is an ooooollllllld one.
Why is it when a Man has sex, he's a hero, and when a women has sex, she's a slut?
Discuss.

because it's better that way... I don't question the system.
Here's a question, why do women pay $200 less than me for car insurance just because they're women? if you say that it's because men get in more accidents consider this: if a couple is in a car accident, the male is typically the one driving, thus women in a relationship will typically not drive as much...
discuss

Disclaimer: I'm not a feminist or a lesbian. -.- I just get pissed about injustice.
Because, since the very beginning of time, we [women] have been made to the the devils and scapegoats. Even back in the time of the Bible, women that were found in adultery were taken out of town and killed. Men found in adulterous relationships were let off to go free about their business.

Well, it depends on the nature of the sex I suppose. If a woman is going out having sex with anything and everything she can find, I'll think of her as a slut...a guy? Generally, guys that do this are preying on the weaknesses of such women, which makes them assholes, amongst other things. I hold no respect for 'players,' or anything of that sort.
As for the car insurance thing, that baffles me as well. From my experience, women are just as bad, if not worse in some cases, than men. Especially when you toss cell phones into the mix, or other forms of distraction.
And yeah, we get in more accidents, because we're usually the ones driving, especially older men with families, or even younger guys with girlfriends. It's only natural that we'll be responsible for 'more accidents' that way. Now, let only women drive for a full week, and I can guarantee there will be, at least, just as many accidents as there are with men driving.

That questions always just baffled me, I guess.
I'm not really into the "sex" thing, which is why I never really got it.
As for the Car Insurance thing, I think that's BS.
Everywhere you go, you see more women driving around in their own cars than ever. That probably awnsers that question. Since it's cheaper, it's stupid not to take atvantage.
Here's a question. Why iis it that Women like to shop and Men don't?
Cause I love to shop.

Girls are considered sluts b/c well, they usually are if they put out so much or so easily w/o knowing the guy. And guys, well, if they can convince a girl to have sex w/ them easily, then the girl usually deserves the label, and the guy, I suppose, has championed her. But I hate sluts so I prefer to avoid them.
As for the insurance thing, I think's complete crap too. I think everyone should have equal rates until they screw up, so I don't know what to tell you there.
As for shopping, I love to shop, and most of the guys I know love to shop too. However, I don't like shopping w/ guys or girls b/c they tend to annoy me by criticizing everything I look at, and I could care less about what they think. But shopping w/ gay guys isn't bad b/c they're a lot like girls so they help you out a lot. lol
::thinking of possible question::
I have nothing.

Because it's not as socially acceptable for guys to go out on shopping sprees as it is for girls to. That's my thought on it, anyway.
Alright, here's something I heard in my psych class that interested me...
A man and woman, married to each other, live on the east side of a river. During the night, the husband works third shift over on the west side of the river. While he's gone, the woman opts to leave her children home alone and cross over to the west side of the river. Once there, she parties the night away and goes home with a man to have sex. After leaving his house, she goes back to the ferry to find that she doesn't have any money for the fare back across. She tries to get some money from the man she just slept with, but he refuses to give her any. She knows of a bridge across the river about a mile up, so she starts walking. Right before she gets to the bridge, though, a highwayman ambushes her and kills her.
It's the woman's fault, right? She was doing bad things, and she got what she deserved, right?
Alright, change the story a little....
The woman now is a single mother. She has to leave her children home alone at night while she crosses over to the west side of the river to work and support her small family. One evening when she gets off of her shift, she finds that she didn't bring enough money for the fare back. She returns to her place of work to borrow some money, but nobody is there. The man on the ferry won't let her on without fare. So she knows about the bridge about a mile up, so she heads up there. Just before she gets to the bridge, a highwayman ambushes her and kills her.
Isn't it strange how the blame falls somewhere else once the person the story is about becomes more innocent? I found this story very interesting....
Thoughts?

here's a question: how come girls are stereotypically better dancers than guys but it seems like 99% of the good ddr people are guys

I wouldn't consider DDR typical dancing.

I do. When was the last time you saw a bunch of women crowded around a didder machine, and it turned out all (or most) of them were
really good? Thats right, never. I know that somewhere, there are some chicks who kick ass at dancing game, but I'm yet to actually meet one of these chicks.
About the whole shopping thing, I <3 me some shopping. I just hate the spending money aspect of it. I agree with XxJennaxX about not liking to shop with other people though. But for me, it's mostly because they take to damn long. If I like something, I'll buy it. If I'm meh about it, then I don't buy it. I feel if I have to take the time to think about if I really want something, then it's not worth the money.

That's because they all live in Cali......DUH! :p
As for the shopping thing, I see where you're coming from there. I know when I shop, I generally do it alone. I know sometimes when I shop with others, they're all like"OMG! Look at that!"in a store that neither of us had any intention of going into and then, they notice everything else in the store, just about and it just becomes a bore.
As for DDR. It basically viewed as a game, IMO.
How many women do YOU know that would crowd around a game to play it to get insanly good?
.................
Exactly.

The reason the story becomes more innocent is the innate sense of justice we have within ourselves. Socrates said that justice is having revenge when an injustice is committed upon you or being punished when you commit an injustice.
In the first story, the woman is cheating on her husband with a random man and is going to go have sex with him which can in most cases be considered as an injustice. By her getting killed is a sort of punishment for this crime...
now when the woman is working to support her children she does nothing wrong, she is just coming back from work, she has not committed any wrong deeds we know of. Thus her getting killed was an injustice against her.
That is why we look at the second one being worse.
and they're basically two completely different stories with the same ending

Here's a good one.
Why is it that though women come off as stronger willed than men, people seem to think they need more protection?
