For people who don't feel like clicking on the article, Harmonix finally got sued by Konami! I do think though that Konami may be in over it's head since Harmonix is owned by Viacom.

I love it. Konami wields its ban hammer with a mighty fury. I wish them the best of luck in court, even if Rock Revolution looks like a turd.
