How much does being in shape mean to you? For me, it is one of the most important things in my life. I work out at least 3 times a week for 2 hour. I try work out every night, with running and push ups and sit ups. To me, my health is everything.

I usually work out 4 to 5 times a week. and if I don't work out, i at least go play a couple games of raquetball or a hard set of DDR. Anything to get my heart racing at some point during the day.

Weather permitting I like to run a couple miles a day.

I go for a jog or play ddr for my cardio fitness.
I lift freeweights and use the universal machine at our house for muscles, and I used to do crunches every day(about 50-60) but I stopped for a week for some reason and haven't started doing em again.
Yeah, anyone who knows how skinny I am hears freeweights and muscle workouts and says, "whaaa?" I don't have mass, but I do have some definition.

I've done martial arts for 8 years now. that seems to keep me in good enough shape.

I love working out...but lately...I haven't been doing it as much as I used to.
So I'm a bit out of shape, I think.
But I'll be sexy again soon...we hope...

Starting a couple of weeks ago, I started going to the pool everyday for 45 minutes to an hour. Usually I go with my friends during like free play or whatever, so we'll swim like 10 laps and then go dick off in the diving well and just jump off the diving boards and shit. It's super fun and swimming is such a good way to burn calories.

I used take ballet for 6 hours a day 5 days a week, and then 3 hours on Saturday. But since I decided to go to college, I started to swim laps for about an hour everyday and dance ballet twice a week.
I know Im out of shape when doing the splits starts to hurt.

I try to work out 5 times a week, for about an hour (or more) at a time. I go with a friend, and we lift weights, etc. I also try to run at least a mile every day.
I'm still pretty weak though. I can barely bench 100

duuude, you should space out your weight lifting between 48 hours(i.e. every other day), especially if you're just startin out.

Yeah, it's generally not a good idea to lift weights every day.
I don't work out, exactly, since I'm generally in decent physical shape. Especially now that I have a very physically demanding job, it's pretty much like doing over 3,000 repetitions with light weights, 5 days a week. I've actually gained a lot of muscle mass since I started this job.
If I actually make a point of working out at home, I generally practice with my swords. You may not concider that working out, but swinging a sword around with any kind of precision requires a great deal of skill.

If I may disagree, it is fine to life every day, as long as you dont concetrate the lifting on the same group of muscles. The only real muscles that you can wokr everyday and get results are your abs. Otherwise, busted muscle tissue needs between 48-72 hours to regenerate properly. Otherwise, you are just hurting your own progress.

Eh, I lost sight of caring about being in shape a while ago. I care about health and all and I try not to get past a certain weight. Music is my life. And ddR.
