out of all the metroid games which do you guys prefer and on which system
if it doesnt matter who wins or loses then why do they keep score

Zero Mission. it was a great remake of Metroid 1, and i liked the bonus mission they threw in. plus, it was portable. i mean, seriously, that's all you need right there.

Super Metroid, hands down.

Metroid Prime made me never want to play any of the new ones. However, I played em all anyway, and they still don't touch Super Metroid.

I agree with Super Metroid. Easily the best Metroid game. It never gets old.

1) Metroid II
2) Super Metroid
3) Metroid Prime
4) Metroid Fusion
5) Metroid

I haven't played enough of Prime 2 or Zero Mission to decide where they fit in my list. They've all been really good though, I look forward to see what they do in the future (besides Metroid Pinball)...
