I would like to get some feedback on....

this simfile that I made today. It's my first ever simfile and I would like some feedback on things like sync, overall patterns and such. Please if you have any comments just put them on bemanistyle since I'll be checking it often to see what I need to improve upon.

First impression: Banner/background is pixellated and amateur-looking and you gotta fix the difficulty rating... it's at 1. Not a huge deal, just annoying.

As for the file. There were a few patterns that I think unnecessarily tie up your feet and require you to either double step or lose your balance. The 16th notes are kind of fun but don't really go with anything in the song. I don't really think a lot of it goes exactly with the song, but it's kind of a hard song to go right along with unless you're going to make it harder. I get the impression that this song is about a 7 or 8 footer. Also, the mines are unnecessary in my opinion.

Other than that, not too bad for your first song! Lemme know if you want me to post my pad files I made awhile back.

Yeah, the banner and BG were a DEFINITE rush job I'll admit that.

I meant to fix some stuff like difficulty rating but I didn't have much time to work on it just as with the pics. I'll be putting more time and thought into my next sim files. I think I'll try some techno songs that no one has stepped since artists like Sharpnel and such are so over-stepped it's pathetic.

I agree. I only hit one of them, but it was just like... almost empty screen to something in each arrow slot... it was kinda ehh

If you threw a few in there... then it might be okay... but... when in doubt go without

Well, as long as I am getting better I'm satisfied.

On a side note, I didn't realize that 321 Stars actually had 321 Steps lol
