SWIMMERS have no life. You wake up at 4:15 in the morning...go to morning practice scheduled at 5am...swim until about 7:30am....go to college/school...have weight training and stretching from 1-2:30pm....swim from 3-5pm, go to evening classes (if you are a college student), and pass out.

GAME PLAYERS have lives, you see. Arcades don't even open til like 10am or so...you play for like however long you want...go home or go to school and still have time to play more games or do something else if you want.

Some days I'll get up for school as early as 5:30 am for Campus Life.

...but they serve us biscuits and gravy, and we don't have to work out. >_>

AHA! PROOF THAT GAME NERDS ARE COOLER THAN COLLEGE ATHLETES!! lolz jk :)

that is a crazy amount of time spent swimming. i don't understand it - it seems like you would improve faster if you spent less time. can you imagine playing ddr for 4+ hours per day, 6 days a week!?

i always heard that the recovery period was just as important as the training - you gotta eat right and rest up or you'll be overtraining.

I'll consider it...I recently found out Campus Life is holding a cookout tomorrow, and I'm not sure if I want to miss it for Indy Groove Night...not sure.
