Yeah, this thread will die off soon enough anyways.

I tried out build 4074 about four months ago or so, so I wouldn't really call it the "new leak". You got me all excited in thinking that a new build had been released :(

Anyway beta 1 is supposed to come out sometime around June, so I'm hoping to get ahold of it once it's released and try it out.

(Although, I don't normally run with a dock. Here it is without a dock.)
(For those who are interested and/or bored: Firefox, Adium (AIM-MSN-Yahoo!-etc. IM client), iTunes, Stepmania, VLC (video player), Starcraft, SimCity 2000 (for Mac OS 9), Word, Cyberduck (FTP Client), TextEdit, Calculator, Skype, Terminal, Gimp (image editor), X-11 (um, thingy that makes Gimp run good), Big Clock X (OpenGL clock with alarm feature), Excel, PowerPoint, Garageband (music compiler with loops or live music), iChat (back-up IM client for AIM), Safari (back-up web browser), Colloquy (IRC client), Mail (...E-mail client), and System Preferences (like Control Panel).)

i don't think i need to explain any of my desktop icons, they all pretty much explain themselves. reason and acid are audio programs, for those who don't know.
I got my propaganda, I got revisionism.
I got my violence in high-def ultra-realism.

yeah i found that out later. i'd take a picture of my windows xp desktop but i went for minimalism
(even replaced the dlls with the non-bloat versions...yes, you get bored when you work on computers
24/7) so it just looks like your standard classic desktop with a black background and no icons
on the desktop.

I hear you. I've been pretty bored so for the past half hour or so I've been using TweakUI to tweak this brand spankin' new install of Windows then when I'm done with that I'll probably go find something else to tweak.

Well, your link is broken so I'll comment on your avatar. Is the maximum speed 12MPH ala a traditional US speed limit sign, or does it mean to imply that the law prohibits traveling up to, but not exceeding the speed of 3e8 m/sec?
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

I find it amusing that the guy trying to be an OS-elitist can't seem to properly link images. What OS were you going to post a picture of, Mandrake?

Windows came with my computer, and I know how to use it. I don't feel like wasting time learning to use Linux if I don't need to, and right now, I don't need to. I don't like Mircrosoft, but windows is convenient at the moment, so I'm using it. Meh.

djfooboo has a threadless tee as his desktop.

*gasm*

Anyways, here's my current(I made bg, real simple, I don't think desktops should be as complex as Jimi Hendrix acid trip posters like some people) desktop. I've only had this computer running for a few days so I haven't had much time to do any customization. I've just been installing and ripping like crazy.
