Doublepost due to new developments:

More Enjoy Level unlocks have been revealed. The biggest unlock though is Level 25's unlock of order courses. Those using eAmuse in Japan have the capability to design their own courses using their cellphones. As the US is pretty far behind in terms of cellphone deals, this feature will most likely be changed from cellphones to just using a website to set this.
