And to think I was considering him because he's somehow got the Constitution party endorsement...
Oh God, the ballot gets worse...
Commissioner for the Bureau of Labor and Industries has a candidate who sells a non-FDA endorsed exercise program consisting of telling you to breathe and sit up straight.

Try to make sense out of his "position." Oh, and he says "Vote for Sarah Palin: I like this lady, she is a Fighter and has a lot of experience to change dirty diapers and will clean up US government from political garbage."

Re: [Grubb's] Random Thoughts of the Day
Ok, I figure I should mention some of this stuff for those who may be interested.
First, a major victory for Open Source advocates was had this week as Creative has Open Sourced their current binary drivers for the X-Fi under the GNU GPLv2! For those not in the know, in June of 2006 Creative first announced they were working on X-Fi support with full ALSA support and OpenAL 1.1 with EAX capabilities. However due to having to re-write X-Fi drivers for Vista, (Which handles audio at a different level than prior versions of Windows) and prior (cough, halfassed, cough) attempts to make binary drivers there has been no solid support. Hopefully though this will change in the future.
Second, something I wish would happen is that since Mac OS X uses OpenGL and is Unix based, it shouldn't be too difficult to port over those versions of the game to a little something called LINUX. Seriously, if they already have it ported to OpenGL it won't take THAT long to do a port. (Of note being all the SAGE engine games like Command and Conquer 3. No excuses EA!)
