So hmm, any clues as to wtf this game is going to be? I heard rumors of a sequel to the Megaman Legends series from PSX which was a lot of fun, but I dunno if this is what that is.... weird.

Indeed, the trailer is pretty wacky. However, from what it shows, I'm definitely interested since it looks like there is a good chance that you can play as RYU from the Street Fighter series and Sir Arthur from Ghosts N Goblins/Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts.

seems kinda meh

but map making possibility sounds cool. I remember drawing out megaman maps that I'd create on paper ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the time when I was in 2nd and 3rd grade and stuff. I thought I was gonna be the coolest game designer.

Bad news: Capcom has confirmed that Megaman Universe has been canceled.

Oh well, maybe they'll make Megaman Legends 3 now instead

And release the first two as PS1 classics.
