This is the correct answer. What is your friend code, friend? I think I am Merk.144 or something like that. I'll check on my lunch break.

Yes Riot please report on your teaching adventures. Especially if there are any hilariously ghetto kids.

Things I should have done this weekend:

+ See my girlfriend
+ Continue to work on the ol' diet
+ Catch up on sleep
+ Clean apartment
+ Use elliptical

Things I didn't do this weekend:

+ See my girlfriend
+ Continue to work on the ol' diet
+ Catch up on sleep
+ Clean apartment
+ Use elliptical

Things I ended up doing this weekend:

+ Drove to Iowa
+ Played video games
+ Won money playing video games
+ Drank with renowned video game player Steve Wiebe
+ Hung out with a bad ass Australian
+ Hung out with a bad ass Swede
+ Hung out with Pac-Man
+ Hung out with some people from this message board
+ Went to a club that played better music than most places in Indy
+ Ate some beef
+ Ate some pizza
+ Ganked some Rickey's hot sauce
+ Experienced true Redneck America
+ Witnessed horrible, horrible nerd-dom
+ Met Walter Day
+ Got talked down to by some guy from "Empire Arcadia" who took himself wayyyy too seriously
+ Got heckled by the toothless locals
+ Met some obviously depressed and "Jesus God why do I live here?!" locals (all of whom were extremely nice)
+ Saw two fights at one (small) bar in a single night
+ Went three days without internet

Haha, God, where to start.

I don't know, this is a story that needs to be told in person, it's hard to relate this dude's delusions of grandeur on a message board.

Anyway Riot, when does school start? It's gotta be in about 2 weeks at this point. Can you hear the kids practicing at band camp? I miss the summer days where you could be out riding the ol bike and walking through the neighborhood and hearing the faint but intelligible sound of bass drums and trumpets.

Band camp finishes up on Thursday. I was over at a meeting near the field and went over to check them out in the stadium. There is some crazy hard trumpet part I heard, but I only got to hear the first of 4 parts of the music. It was all written and arranged by Kent Klee (sp.?). I have meetings this week Weds-Fri, and then school starts Monday.

Hells yeah that make me happy to hear that Kent Klee is still involved in arranging the music.

Club banger wasn't nearly as catchy sounding.
