I see nobody in that picture sitting in a coffee house on a macbook air pretending to write a novel.
And there's nothing wrong with indie rock.
Edit: just noticed the hot dog weenis.

I'm going to need a source for this. Bright clothing is a fairly recent phenomenon.Potter wrote:Believe it or not, the term "scene" has been around ~30 years prior to hipsters, as has bright clothing

Hell, I have video evidence that colors didn't even exist not even 100 years ago!

Re: [Grubb's] Random Thoughts of the Day
So I'm sometimes kinda messy and I had one of my paycheck stubs sitting on my desk at work. A woman from HR asked me to take it off my desk this morning while I was in the middle of working with a client.
Seriously? I really, really don't care if people know my salary which is why I had it on my desk to begin with - in fact I want people to know my salary. I know it's some social faux pas to know someone else's salary but God damn that's my decision. You know who gets hurt if everyone knew everyone else's salary internally? The big wigs and the HR department. Knowing what my co-workers make keeps those in charge honest and lolololol they certainly don't want that. I'm just saying, we've been told all our lives that discussing salaries is a big no-no but have you really thought about why this is the case?
Somehow someway Riot is going to be blamed for this in the next generation

It might actually be against company policy to discuss or flaunt your salary, you should check the handbook. You may be violating a rule that could result in disciplinary action. That's how it is where I work. Not like I'm going to run around bragging about my meager wages, though.

I'm going to look in to that right now. I don't recall any clause like that when I initially read it but I'd like to verify this information.

Another random thought I just had.
I yearn for the day where I can exclaim "Bitch nigga this is G rated!" and have it both be socially acceptable and appropriate.

I really hope I do become a decent director someday just so I can reference this board and its members in every single film
