I'm new yet I feel compelled to make a thread.

So username origins.

Mine is an attempt to be clever/naughty/funny, but I probably tried too hard.

mine is derived from my orignal SN/handle. But Tangsoodoange is too long to type out and no one can pronounce it (tang sue doe anhze). Tangsoodoange is derived from the form of martial arts I know/ did for two years (tang soo do, which in english means "art of the knife hand) and at the time I took french and "ange" is french for angel. So I guess in english it means "Art of the knife hand angel" but I prefere tang...cause its a kick in a glass :)

Mine is from a character in Saga Frontier. My friend Sharon kind of assigned me the character Mei-Ling when I used to draw comics with her and such. She used Mei-Mei as a nickname and started to call me that in real life too. I like it.

The meaning behind my name is pretty simple: It's "feces" spelled backwards. You could say it's kind of a metaphor for my life; backwards and craptastic.

As for the origin... well, I wish I could say I had some brilliant tale of how I came up with this alias, but I don't really. It came down to me wanting a unique internet username, not Sephiroth1492 or SSJ54Gobitojusu or whatever. So I just started spelling some random words backwards. Wouldn't you know it, "feces" did the job pretty well and it was sort of amusing to boot.

Fun facts: Secef has been my primary username on the internet for the past 8 years or so. Secef is also an acronym for the Sun-Earth Connection Education Forum, which amuses me for some reason.

Original Sin- An old belief that all creatures are born sinful and can only be saved by divine intervention.
As for origin, it was the name of a song I wrote a few years ago, and was going to be the title for my first demo album. Well, that song went out the window ages ago, and I've renamed the album, but the name just kinda stuck with me.

And Tang knows martial arts. I don't feel so alienated anymore!
But, I have no knife hand skills. Just knives...big knives.
Itto-Ryu Iaijutsu (kenjutsu) all the way. This is a bad reference, but
for any of you who've seen Rurouni Kenshin, that's pretty much the
style in a nutshell. Draw and strike in a single motion.

Gakki (or 楽器) means "musical instrument" in Japanese. I love music and I thought the word was good for a username.

I know that one chris, heh.

Fluffyumpkins was what I was called during my Tribes days. I was playing as fluffy something and someone called me Fluffyumpkins after I got the flag. It was two in the morning and I thought it was hilarious.

Besides, Fluff is the Stuff.

I've also been known to use SnaXmaN and BrakeDoun. When I was younger I used Nightmare, but that's only because things like that seem badass when you're 13.
