Re: Merk vs. IndyDDR: March March Revolution
I wonder who has the greater total DP.

Right at this moment? Undoubtedly me. Merk has a lot of TBDs.Fluffyumpkins wrote:I wonder who has the greater total DP.
If we count only the songs where we both have scores logged, I think it might be a different story. I think we're pretty close on most songs, but Merk tends to have a pretty wide margin on me for the harder stuff.

Re: Merk vs. IndyDDR: March March Revolution
I'm going to say Brian is probably winning, albeit barely, mainly because I am behind on a lot of shit.
I don't know if I can, in good conscience, pick this week's song since I'm so far behind and surprise surprise couldn't find time to play last week.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut whatever let's do Freckles, only because I feel like doing something Irish and Irish people tend to have freckles and shit. I'd offer to play Bag but I don't think either you nor I would really want that.

Re: Merk vs. IndyDDR: Ruroni Kenshin
I seem to recall the doubles chart for Freckles is nothing like the single. That being said, I'm game for it.

Freckles Double Heavy is really fun, IIRC.
A normality test:

If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

Miserably failed to get 25,000 steps tonight.
I also ate way too much dinner and it made playing kind of...woosey.
But I did get a score on Freckles...53 greats for a 701 DP. I did enjoy the chart though. It was more like the singles chart than I remembered...with a lot of gallops.
I also played Fantasy (Lockout). I was able to improve my 500 to a 504 (12 greats). When I went to update the OP, I found your DP to be...impossible. 532 is higher the maximum DP of 516. I checked back through the thread and you said you got 12 greats. So I guess we're tied at 504.

New week!
How about "I'm In The Mood For Dancing" as this week's song?

It is not mindfulness of walking, stepping, or even of a step. It is mindfulness of this step, and this step, and this step. Taking a step in mindfulness is itself a presentation of the wisdom of the Buddha.

I'm kind of salty because I would have matched Chad's 35k badge if I had had about 5 more minutes.

God damn, I'm sorry, I'm so bad at hunkering down and playing this game.

Re: Merk vs. IndyDDR: Ruroni Kenshin
I ended up playing Pump more than DDR last week, so I never played the song of the week either. But let's not get off track. It's your turn to pick this week. I'll just have two to play (and you'll have 1278598372953 +1).

Don't Stop will be next week's song when I inevitably don't play So Deep this week.
