As was already noted, you are the not actually the 1000th registration because many usernames (mostly spambots) have been deleted and the numbers are not reused. Even I am user #2 because there is at least one built-in phpBB account at the #1 spot, and I believe there may actually be a user #0 as well.

Enjoy it while you can...

You're listed at #1000 on the Memberlist as of this posting. Prepare to drop about 600. My plan is to nuke the huge mass of spambots that have been accumulating since around the beginning of the year once the current plans to stem that tide have been completed.

(and no, I'm not really taking this seriously)
