Around April or May this year, Victoria Secret expanded and wanted the upstairs for storage, since they make more money than we do, we had to agree with the mall. We gained the store next to us, lost the stairs and ramp and upstairs, it is about the same amount of space really.

That doesn't really make sense. At all.
As long as you can both pay rent for that space, that shouldn't have happened.
You seriously have no idea how much Simon Mall likes to give lubeless ass rape to arcades. They used to do this to push out arcades, years ago. The mall's stand point on this was, because we give a portion of what we make, which I will be honest is not really that much, and VS is willing to up their rent by 2500$ a month for our spot alone, and it is in our contract that because we are on a profit sharing business they can squeeze us down to the minimum alloted space and not break our contract. In short, they were willing to pay more for the spot than we can make with it. And like I said before, it was actually a slight gain in space, cause of the handicap ramp we had.
